Allen Gladstone
Allen Gladstone, Founder and Managing Partner

After graduating Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Rhetorical Theory, Allen started his career working in Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, and Outsourcing, focusing on working with startup companies, with two of the “Big Four” Consulting firms (Accenture and Deloitte).
Allen then moved into Retained C-Level Executive Search, with an emphasis on supporting startups, spin-offs, and rollups that were underlying portfolio companies of Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.
Allen eventually moved into internal global talent acquisition leader roles, working directly for hypergrowth startups.
He has a consistent and proven track record of building and leading People and Talent teams. Allen has helped grow several hyper-growth startups from early stage to unicorn status for some of the fastest growing and most successful startups in history, assisting them all to achieve successful exits including IPO’s, Mergers, and Acquisitions.
He has since moved back to providing Retained Executive Search, Workforce Planning and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO),. Allowing him to now continue his successful track record for his clients.
In his free time, Allen enjoys playing guitar, running, and weightlifting.

Josh is an enthusiast of maximizing the people around him. He received his degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Josh made the move to San Francisco shortly after graduation, with the goal of scaling mission-driven companies… and he accomplished just that. He has since successfully helped to build companies such as: Luminous Computing, JUUL Labs, Meta, and Virta Health, across many vertical functions including Generative AI Development, silicon chip design, HW/SW Co-design, marketing, finance, sales, engineering, and clinical portfolio management—from interns to C-suite executives.
Josh doesn’t just do this work as a job—he loves it. He loves changing lives for the better, and helping organizations that he believes in achieve the most that they can achieve.
